Spain is the globalized country that I chose because, I know that Spain has had its victories by importing and exporting goods and also with tourism. This has brought quite a lot of money but there have also been incidents, such as the Civil War, that has affected the country in a negative way. But there are many facts, environmental issues, political issues, governmental issues and social problems. These will all be discussed in the following pages. My first page is about the geography of Spain, the second is the political issues, the third is the economic issues, the fourth page is the social / cultural problems and the fifth page is the environmental problems. In my project i will be explaining some of the recent happenings of Spain and the positive and negative effects that it has caused towards my nation.
I have also added three articles of recent news in Spain whether its to do with politics, environmental, governmental or economic. Its the major news that shows what's going on and showing that Spain is globalizing in its own way and that it now has a very high rate on the world globalization chart. Even though Spain is not as globalized as the US or Canada, it is reaching the top of the most globalized 100 countries. This shows that Spain is getting what it wants and going where it needs to be to improve their economic status.
